First Glance: ReLIFE

It’s no secret that almost all the anime main characters are school boys or girls. Sometimes the anime industry pleases us with stories about adults, but it happens very rarely. On the one hand it’s quite understandable, on the other hand every season we want to see something unusual, not so “schoolish”. And it seems that the authors of ReLIFE manga/anime have found the perfect solution:

They created the story of 27-year-old Arata, who turns into the 17-year-old version of himself. More precisely, he only got 17-year-old appearance, while remaining himself, a 27-years-old loser. As part of a scientific experiment he begins his life as a high school student once more.

It’s rather curious to watch an adult man dives in school life once again. And sometimes it’s even funny.

ReLIFE was released in an unusual way – all thirteen episodes come out at once. Fans of anime marathons should like it.
